Terms and Conditions for Event Bookings

All event bookings with Mearns Community Radio Ltd (trading as Mearns FM) are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all bookings.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date will not incur additional charges.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event date will incur the full event fee.
• In cases of extenuating circumstances, an appeal against the full event fee may be considered, but this remains at the sole discretion of Mearns FM.
• All cancellation fees are payable within 48 hours of cancellation notice.
