Kids bored? Parents bored?! Come along to the Mearns FM Fun day!

The balloon race will launch at 12 noon on Sunday 21st August and finish at 12 noon on Sunday 28th August. To participate in the balloon race purchase a balloon using the link above. Before the race begins, each participant balloon will receive a nickname to track their balloon progress. The winning balloon will travel the furthest over the course of the race. The owner of the winning balloon will receive a £25 amazon voucher.

Enjoy a treasure hunt on foot around Stonehaven, collecting information from significant locations – entries open 12 noon 20th August and close 3 pm 20th August. Children will require to be accompanied by a responsible adult. Each team will require a mobile phone with a QR code reader installed to take part. The purpose is to collect accurate information, not be the first around the circuit. The winning team will receive a £25 amazon voucher – winning team will be annouced by 4 pm on Saturday 20th August.

Enjoy an afternoon tea served in the Stonehaven Town hall during the Family Fun Day, served 1pm until 3 pm. A selection of cakes and pastries served with either Tea or Coffee. Accessible seating will be available in the main hall if required.
